My first bill is not as expected

As a new Ocean Charge customer, we want to ensure your billing experience is clear and straightforward, avoiding any unexpected charges or surprises. Your first bill may include the following elements:


Monthly cost in advance for your EV charging service: This includes the standard monthly fee for access to our charging network and service maintenance.


Pro-rata charges: If you activated your service partway through a billing period, your first bill may include charges for the partial month. This ensures you're only billed for the time you've been using the service.


One-off setup fee: A one-time fee may be applied for the initial setup and connection of your charging equipment, which covers the cost of installing your dedicated charging access.


Usage charges: If applicable, any additional usage beyond your plan's included allowances (e.g., for pay-per-use models) will be itemised on your bill.


Your first bill will be fully itemised, providing a detailed breakdown of all charges, including the dates they cover. We encourage you to compare your bill with your order confirmation to ensure all charges are correct.
