My final bill is not as expected

We understand that no one likes surprises, especially when it comes to billing. Here's what may be included in your final bill with Ocean Charge:

  • Your usual monthly charge: Your final bill will include your regular monthly fee for the services you've used up until the cancellation date.
  • Cancellation fees: If you end your service during your contract period, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is typically calculated by multiplying your monthly charge by the number of months remaining in your contract.
  • Credits for early departure: If you have paid in advance and end your service before the billing period ends, any unused portion will be credited back to your account.
  • Final balance calculations: Your final bill will include a detailed breakdown of all charges and credits. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid, while any credits will be refunded to you.
  • Keeping your Direct Debit active: To ensure any final payments or refunds are processed efficiently, we recommend keeping your Direct Debit active for at least 6 weeks after your final bill is issued. After this period, you may cancel your Direct Debit.
