How can I transfer my account?

If you need to transfer your Ocean Charge account to a different person or legal entity, we’re here to help. The transfer process allows you to move the account to a new holder without altering the existing contract terms.

To get started, we will need the following information:

  • Reason for the transfer: To understand the context and facilitate a smooth transition.
  • New account holder’s full name: This ensures the correct individual is listed on the account.
  • New account holder’s email address: For communication and account access setup.
  • New account holder’s phone number: For verification and future contact.

Once we receive these details, we will contact the new account holder to confirm their willingness to take over the account and accept financial responsibility. After their confirmation, the account will be transferred into their name.

What qualifies as a legal entity?

A legal entity typically refers to an immediate family member or partner, such as your father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, or child.
