The account holder has passed away, what can I do?

We understand that losing a loved one is a difficult time, and we want to provide as much support as possible. If the account holder has passed away, you have the following options:

  1. Transfer the account: The account can be transferred to someone else who lives in the same household. This allows continued use of the service without interruption.
  2. Close the account: If the service is no longer needed, you may choose to close the account.

To proceed with either of these options, we will need a copy of the account holder's death certificate to make the necessary changes.
