How can I downgrade my package?

Downgrades within your contract period:

If you are still within your contract period, downgrades are not permitted outside of the 30-day cooling-off period. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions, which explain how the cooling-off period works.

After your contract ends:

Once your contract period has ended, you can choose to downgrade to a lower package that fits your current needs.
