Who is affected by the out-of-contract price increase?

The out-of-contract price increase applies to both new and existing customers once their initial contract period ends. A modest increase will be applied to your package, ensuring our pricing remains competitive. If you renew your contract with us, you will not be subject to this price increase.

Is this the same as a Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase?

No, our out-of-contract price adjustment is separate from any discretionary CPI + 2.9% increases that may be applied annually.

Can I upgrade at the end of my contract?

Absolutely! You have the option to renew your contract, upgrade your package, or add additional services. We offer flexible options that allow you to continue enjoying our services at competitive rates.

What options do I have at the end of my contract?

At the end of your contract, you have the flexibility to:

  • Continue on a monthly rolling contract: You’ll pay the out-of-contract rate starting the month after your initial contract ends.
  • Renew your contract: Upgrade your package or add additional features to continue enjoying the benefits of Ocean Charge.
  • Cancel your service: If you find a better offer elsewhere, you can leave without penalty by notifying us 30 days before your contract end date.

Will my additional services also increase in price?

No, the out-of-contract increase applies only to the primary charging package. Any additional services or features will remain at their existing prices, allowing you to continue enjoying them without extra costs.

When will the out-of-contract price changes happen?

The out-of-contract price change will apply from the month following the end of your initial contract period. You will see the adjustment on your regular bill date.

How will my out-of-contract price change?

Your package cost will only increase by the specified out-of-contract rate once your initial contract ends. Renewing your contract can help you avoid any increase and keep your costs predictable.
