How do I return your equipment if I cancel?

We’re sorry to hear you’re considering leaving Ocean Charge. If there’s anything we can do to resolve any issues, please reach out to us before making your final decision.

Returning Your Equipment

If you decide to cancel, we will add a charge for any unreturned equipment to your account. The specific charges are as follows:

• Charging unit: £500 per unit

Once we are notified of your cancellation, we will send you a returns label along with packaging to help you return all the equipment to us safely.

Refund of Equipment Charges

Once we receive your equipment in good condition, any applicable charges will be credited back to your account in your next invoice.
