I am out of contract, what are my options?

If your Ocean Charge contract is coming to an end, we will notify you via email with details about your available options. Here’s what you can choose from:

  1. Switch to a flexible monthly rolling contract: Continue enjoying our services on a 30-day rolling contract, offering flexibility without a long-term commitment. Please note that out-of-contract rates may apply.
  2. Renew your contract: Renewing your contract allows you to continue benefiting from our competitive rates and reliable EV charging solutions. By renewing, you can secure your current pricing and service package, avoiding any out-of-contract rate increases.
  3. Explore upgrade options: This is a great opportunity to explore new packages or add additional features to your service. Get in touch with our team to discuss the best options for your needs.
  4. Cancel without penalties: If you decide to part ways, you can cancel your service with no early termination fees since your contract has ended.
